The office space project for Unit4 in the Globis building in Wrocław involved remodeling the existing office area to adapt it to a changing footprint and the needs of hybrid work. Our goal was to create a more intimate, flexible work environment—one that fosters focus, collaboration, and everyday comfort for its users.We successfully developed a multifunctional office where employees can choose how they want to work, ranging from individual focus to team collaboration and informal meetings. A key role is also played by the expanded common areas, which support integration and team bond building.The design brings together two complementary worlds: stainless steel, highlighting the company's technological character, and friendly, "home-like" work zones that introduce warmth and a sense of ease. The result is a space that combines modernity with functionality, perfectly responding to the real-world needs of today's teams.
