The project site is part of the historic Olympic grounds complex along the northern section of the main axis of the Olympic Stadium at 35 Paderewskiego Street in Wrocław. As part of the planned investment, a mini-speedway track will be developed for the professional training of young riders, expanding the functional program of the existing stadium. Designing within such an iconic setting demanded exceptional sensitivity—the primary objective was to integrate the facility into the existing composition of heritage sports structures while carefully preserving and protecting the mature trees on site.
